National Day of Prayer

    We will focus on prayer for 24 hours. This 24 hour period will include three prayer services held throughout the time period and also a prayer vigil with the Community UMC and Trinity UMC families praying in half hour time slots. We will begin at 7:30 PM Wednesday evening at Community United Methodist and conclude at 7:30 Thursday evening on the steps of Trinity.

    Wednesday evening, May 10th

    7:30 PM - Prayer Service in the sanctuary of Community United MethodistWe will join with our friends at Community to call upon the Lord’s Name.

    24 Hour Prayer Vigil

    Half hour slots for all our Trinity community.  Sign-up sheet in the church narthex.  Participants in prayer vigil will have a personal praying guide

    May 10 – 7:30 PM until May 11 – 8:30 AM (in your home)

    May 11 – 8:30 AM to 2 PM; 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM (in Trinity sanctuary)


    Thursday, May 11th

    2:00 PM – Healing Service in the Sanctuary of Trinity. We will call upon God for spiritual, physical, and emotional healing.

    7:00 PM – Praying Circle Around the Trinity church building. Everyone is encouraged to attend and circle the building with prayer.  We will gather prayer requests in the previous several weeks and individually pray over requests.

    7:30 PM – Prayer Service on the steps of Trinity with music led by Trinity musiciansWe will take “the church” to the street.  Following this prayer service, we will continue to interact with neighbors on the street.


    Will you commit with us to pray for?  Government – Church – Military – Family – Education – Media - Business
