Good morning my dear church family,
As the song writer expressed, we are each one living our lives, “one day at a time”.
Please find herewith attached a letter from our Bishop, Jeremiah Park.
In view of this communication from the Bishop and Cabinet, I am writing to let you know that we will not be meeting in-person for church services or gatherings at Trinity until the end of the year.
The Bishop’s letter captures the mix of emotions surrounding such a decision in a very pastoral manner. As your pastor, I want to appreciate everyone who participated in our in-person worship services and especially those who worked behind the scenes and on the scene to offer the best environment for worship when we were able to meet.
I am writing this letter in consultation with our Leadership Team and urge all of you to continue to keep your eyes on the Lord, even through these very challenging, traumatic and painful days. It is impossible to write a letter like this without thinking of the millions of homes and individuals whose lives have been painfully altered by this pandemic. May each of you be blessed with health and strength and protection.
Under His everlasting arms,
